The whole of the Mark Scott team were very helpful throughout the design and build of our garden room, patio, garage and driveway. All the staff were very hardworking and trustworthy. All the sub contractors employed were highly skilled. Roger was our site foreman and he worked tirelessly with us to ensure that all materials used were a good match to the original house. The quote was fairly applied throughout our build and we are delighted with the outcome and quality of our building works.

So having the ability to design and style from scratch was an opportunity not to miss. You have all worked so well as a team during the most difficult and challenging circumstances we all faced with Covid! There was no delay in the build and you all pulled together to avoid any. A quantity surveyor costed the project and, once Mike and Teri had agreed that this would be financially feasible, it was put out to tender to four builders. 'One didn't bother to reply and from the others we chose reasonably priced local builders Mark Scott Constructions, who were brilliant.'
